Madpackers is a community-first chain of backpacker hostels across India. Every hostel offers both dorms and private rooms, with events, common areas and a team that lives where you’re headed. Our belief is simple: a backpacker in every home.
We currently run 11 hostels — Kasol, Jibhi, Manali and Bir in the mountains; Rishikesh and Varanasi for spiritual travel; Amritsar, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur in the cities; and Goa (Anjuna) on the beach. Mukteshwar, Kasar Devi, Nainital, Coorg, Wayanad and Srinagar are coming soon.

Absolutely. Expect high-speed WiFi, co-working stations, power backup and private rooms, plus long-stay and workation-friendly rates at most locations. Many guests work remotely from us for weeks at a time.
